Refund policy

• Unused products can be exchanged (size only) within 14 days from the date of purchase by presenting the product with an original invoice.
• No cash refunds will be entertained.
• Exchange without an invoice will not be entertained.
• Products purchased during any seasonal discount shall be considered as final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Company reserves the right to make the final decision.
• In case of any manufacturing defect, a claim can be presented with an original invoice within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• To settle a claim, company reserves the right to either repair the product or offer a new one in exchange.
• In case of a wrong item delivered or if the product is damaged in transit, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• In case of an exchange, the product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for underwear and swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
